Our mission translates into measurable impacts in support of youth education, access to healthcare, food security and the preservation of our environment. By placing human dignity at the centre of every project, we turn our values of solidarity into a lever for real progress for every citizen.

To give tangible expression to our values, the NGO INVISO carries out targeted and measurable work on the ground. As a cornerstone of our social responsibility, it focuses its efforts on three flagship programmes that are changing lives on a daily basis:

The ECOLES programme

A catalyst for change that combats school dropout rates by offering pupils in vulnerable areas a comprehensive support ecosystem including nutrition, hygiene and decent infrastructure.

The SOAMADINA programme

Through partnerships and logistical support, we are making healthcare an accessible right throughout Madagascar to protect and enhance the well-being of citizens.

Programme Miharina :
cultiver l’émancipation par l’éducation et l’autonomie

Le Programme Miharina transforme l’école en un véritable écosystème de réussite où l’éducation nourrit autant le corps que l’esprit. Plus qu’un soutien, c’est un levier d’émancipation stratégique conçu pour stabiliser le parcours des enfants les plus exposés et offrir aux familles vulnérables la chance de se projeter vers un avenir solide.

En luttant de front contre la précarité alimentaire et l’abandon scolaire, nous créons un environnement protecteur où chaque élève retrouve la dignité et les moyens de ses ambitions.

Notre action garantit une sécurité nutritionnelle absolue grâce à des repas fortifiés, piliers indispensables de la vitalité en classe, tout en offrant un cadre d’épanouissement complet incluant hygiène, matériel didactique et infrastructures rénovées.

Pour pérenniser cet impact, nous initions les jeunes et leurs familles à l’autosuffisance par la transmission de savoir-faire agricoles concrets, tels que la création de potagers et de poulaillers scolaires. Avec Miharina, nous ne nous contentons pas d’accompagner la scolarité : nous semons les graines d’une résilience durable pour Madagascar.

Programme Soamadina:
pour une santé humaine et résiliente

Le Programme Soamadina incarne l’engagement d’INVISO Group pour un système de santé malgache où la maladie n’est plus une fatalité. Parce que la santé est le socle de tout développement, nous agissons sur tous les fronts pour humaniser l’hôpital et sécuriser le parcours de soins des plus vulnérables. Notre action redonne de la dignité aux patients en améliorant concrètement le confort hospitalier et le soutien nutritionnel, tout en assurant une réactivité immédiate face aux urgences vitales et aux crises sanitaires nationales.

À travers des partenariats stratégiques de pointe et un appui logistique constant aux missions médicales, nous multiplions l’impact de nos interventions sur le terrain.

Cette force de frappe se double d’une lutte acharnée contre la malnutrition pour restaurer durablement la vitalité des populations fragiles. En unissant solidarité et expertise, le programme Soamadina transforme chaque soin en un acte d’espoir pour la Grande Île.

Programme ÉCOLES :
transformer la faim ten avenir

Lancé en 2022, notre Programme ÉCOLES brise le cycle de la précarité en s’attaquant aux racines de l’abandon scolaire : la malnutrition et l’absentéisme. Parce qu’un enfant ne peut pas apprendre le ventre vide, nous déployons un arsenal de solutions concrètes — repas chauds enrichis selon les normes de l’ONN, kits d’hygiène et accès à l’eau potable — pour garantir à chaque élève la santé et la concentration nécessaires à sa réussite.

L’impact par l’action Les chiffres sont clairs : la nutrition est le levier le plus puissant pour maintenir les enfants vulnérables sur les bancs de l’école. En fournissant des minéraux et vitamines essentiels, nous ne distribuons pas seulement des repas ; nous offrons une chance réelle de grandir, d’apprendre et de bâtir un futur.
